I get an Error! message when submitting orders.

This could be a number of things. Sometimes it is a server issue our end, in which case we recommend either trying again later, or submitting your orders to us by email (send orders / save as, then send that file to us as an attachment.)

Another common reason is security software blocking either JOverseer or www.meturn.com (the domain where the orders are sent to). So please check, and make an exception for it if necessary.
